Our Listen-Learn-Lead: Solution Seekers Coaching and Mentoring Process© refers to our teacher and school leader learning process that is grounded in day-to-day practice and is designed to enhance English Language Development and Reading instructional practices with the intent of improving student learning, specifically for EL/MLL/Emergent Bilingual and all Culturally and Linguistically diverse (CLD) learners.
Jo Gusman will provide tailored curriculum and instruction support to help administrators and teachers assess and find solutions for authentic and immediate challenges of practice as part of a cycle of continuous improvement.
This process and format is designed for grade level and content area groups, school leadership teams, site administrators, State and Federal Program Directors, and individuals.
District demographics, native and English language proficiency, ELA/Reading, Sociocultural Dimension, and other data points will be used to influence and inform the content and recommendations Jo Gusman will provide each school team, administrator, and individual participating in the Listen-Learn-Lead: Solution Seekers Coaching and Mentoring Process©.
